How do I place an order ?

Please go ahead and select your interested item and click the’Add’ button then click the ‘CheckOut’ button. Then register your billing and shipping details that will lead to the payment option. You can use your Credit / Debit cards to complete the payment. We will then proceed with your delivery and intimate confirmation of the same to you.

How do I make payments?

You can pay with your credit or debit cards. We accept Visa and MasterCard
If you don’t have a Credit Card, you can transfer the order amount via Bank Transfer. For more details contact us

Is my credit card number secure?

Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

How are the items delivered ?

All the items are delivered through our logistics partners like AusPost and other popular couriers.

What if there has been a change in the recipient’s address?

You must inform us of this change at least 2 days before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.

Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage?

The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. But in some cases there is slight colour variation may happen due to screen resolution and image quality.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

Every product has its own shipping time. Please refer the individual products’s dispatch date from there we normally require 3 to 5 working days to deliver.

Once you have registered with us, your next purchases will be easier. The system will be automatically loaded with the billing information and delivery details from the address book.

Are there any Shipping charges involved?

Yes, there is a Shipping charge involved. It is mainly based on the number of items and relevant weight of those items. The following list contains the exact shipping charges.

For Every additional items A$7

Is there any additional Tax/ Custom Duty charges involved?

There is a possibility of Tax or Custom Duty charges against your shipment (Mainly Clothing item shipments). But this is not a mandatory charge for every customer. It mainly depends on the Australian custom department procedure. We do not have any control on this charges. So if there is any such charges need to payable by customer only. In some cases, Courier company pay behalf of customers and collect it from the customer later.

What about the Privacy of my information ?

We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and credit card information are collected only to fulfil your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site. If you do not wish to have notifications sent to you, just send us an email with “Do not send me email” as the subject.
